HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED:
Shipping costs include actual postage cost, printing, packaging & collection by royal mail/courier.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER:
All items are cut to order. Most orders are cut and dispatched within 7 working days, but at certain times this may rise, however we will advise you at the time of placing your order. We are unable to give exact days as we use the Royal Mail and delivery times vary.
Please note that postage time is on top of cutting time, so up to 7 working days to cut and despatch your order plus delivery time which varies but is normally around 3 working days, so total time between ordering and receiving your order is up to 10 working days
If your order is urgent or time sensitive then please notify us at the time of placing your order
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF IM NOT HAPPY:
All items are checked before despatch, however accidents do happen, so obviously if you receive a damaged item then, providing you notify us of any issues as soon as you become aware, then we will happily replace the damaged item free of charge or refund if the item was time sensitive and the dead line has passed. As items are made to order then unfortunately we cannot refund unless there is an issue with your item.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY ITEMS:
All our packaging is made from recycled materials, where possible. The boxes are made from recycled cardboard and our bubble wrap is green and made from recycled plastic and is biodegradable, they are also fully recyclable. On occasions we do have to use alternatives however we always strive to keep up our green credentials. Not only do we purchase recycled boxes purely for the purpose we also re-use boxes that have been used before, and would hope that you re-use the packaging your items arrive in
WHICH COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES:
We mainly use the Royal Mail for all smaller parcels, however for larger or urgent parcels we will use one of a selection of couriers depending on who is offering the quickest service.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE WHAT I WANT ON YOUR SITE OR HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL I WOULD LIKE MADE:
By all means contact us we are always on the lookout for new ideas to add to our site, and as long as we are able to produce something within our constraints we are always willing to take on commissions or personalised items.
HOW DO I PAINT MY ITEMS:
For all our items whether Ply Wood or MDF we recommend craft acrylic paint, it’s readily available from all craft outlets and we have a range available for you to add to your order in our online shop. You shouldn’t need a sealer for acrylic, though the first coat will sink into the cut areas of your item so you’ll need several coats to get a smooth even finish. DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS:
If you are a trade customer and wish to order in bulk then please contact us, as although our prices are already incredibly low we will try to offer a bulk deal, just bear in mind we can’t offer huge discounts, but then I suppose every penny counts.
WHAT WOOD DO YOU USE:
We predominately use Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) in either 6mm or 18mm, however we do also make some of our personalised items out of Hardwood Faced PLY Wood or hardwood such as mahogany. All our wood is of the highest quality and we only use FSC certified products so you can rest assured that the item you have purchased has been made from ethically sourced timber that will ensure that forest are alive for generations to come
ALL OUR ITEMS NEED TO BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, IF AN ITEM IS NOT PAID FOR WE WILL NOT CUT IT
