The lid comes with 4 holes to glue the necks of the pouches through so the lids can be screwed on. It does require you supplying 4 pouches and removing the necks so you can secure them in the holes. The holes are the correct size and we would suggest a strong glue such as supper glue. Obviously as the necks are small we would not recommend any child under 5 using this product or unsupervised play!
