Delivery

Our wooden and Vinyl products are custom made in house, to order and are normally ready and despatched within 7 to 10 working days, (this obviously excludes weekend and bank holidays) however there may be slight delays at peak times, but we will notify you of such delays. Yellow Door products, if not in stock, are ordered direct from Yellow Door and may take slightly longer.

Returns

All items are checked before despatch, however accidents do happen, so obviously if you receive a damaged item then, providing you notify us of any issues as soon as you become aware, then we will happily replace the damaged item free of charge or refund if the item was time sensitive and the dead line has passed. As items are made to order then unfortunately we cannot refund unless there is an issue with your item.
